Foreigners Law: Chega considers Constitutional Court's decision "incomprehensible"

The Constitutional Court (TC) announced today the rejection of five norms of the parliamentary decree that approves the legal regime for the entry, stay, exit and removal of foreigners from the national territory.

The Constitutional Court announced this Friday the rejection of five rules of the parliamentary decree that approves the legal regime for the entry, stay, exit and removal of foreigners from the national territory.
The diploma, sent by the President of the Republic to the Constitutional Court for review of its constitutionality on July 24, will now be returned to parliament so that the rules that violate the fundamental law can be removed.
